Shipping Policy – Europa-Peptide

At Europa-Peptide, we strive to ensure that every order is processed promptly, handled with care, and delivered safely and reliably. With years of experience in international fulfillment, we take great pride in providing fast, secure, and discreet shipping throughout Europe.

1. Delivery Times

Deliveries within Europe are typically completed within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery times depend on the efficiency of our shipping partners and may vary by destination. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

All orders are processed and dispatched immediately after payment is received at our fulfillment center to ensure the fastest possible shipment.

2. Secure & Discreet Packaging

Your privacy and safety are our top priorities. Every order is shipped in neutral, unmarked packaging to ensure complete discretion.

We guarantee reliable delivery through the following measures:

  • Durable Packaging: Each shipment is carefully packed to protect sensitive contents.

  • Neutral Appearance: Packages are plain and contain no reference to product names or our brand.

  • Optimized Logistics: Depending on your destination, we select the most reliable carrier and route to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Please note that countries with restricted import laws or high customs risk may be excluded from shipping to prevent complications.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your package is on its way. Please allow some time for delivery, as slight delays can occur. We appreciate your patience.

4. Delivery Conditions

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure that:

  • Your name and address are complete and accurate.

  • Your phone number is valid so the courier can contact you if needed.

  • You or an authorized person are available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Incorrect information or failed delivery attempts caused by the customer (e.g., incomplete address, indication of a post or parcel shop, or a parcel station, refusal to accept delivery) void eligibility for reshipment or refund.

5. No Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.
Because our products are highly sensitive laboratory materials (research peptides), returns or exchanges after shipment are strictly prohibited for safety, quality, and hygiene reasons.

6. Reshipment Policy

While our delivery success rate across Europe is exceptionally high, unforeseen issues can occasionally occur.
Our Reshipment Policy outlines how such cases are handled fairly and transparently.

6.1 General Rules

  • Each order qualifies for one free replacement shipment, provided all delivery conditions were met.

  • If delivery issues recur or result from incorrect customer information, additional shipping costs may apply.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only after internal verification and sufficient proof is provided.

6.2 Lost or Stuck Shipments

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact our support team.
If the package is confirmed lost or damaged, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement shipment, or

  • Store credit equal to the order value.

After 40 days without tracking updates, the shipment will be considered lost and eligible for compensation.

6.3 Customs Seizures

If your shipment is detained or seized by customs, do not confirm ownership of the package.
In such cases, Europa-Peptide — as the sender — assumes responsibility.

To qualify for replacement, you must provide an official customs notice confirming the seizure.
Once verified, you may choose between:

  • A free reshipment (to a new name, address, and phone number), or

  • Store credit equal to the full product value.

6.4 Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to sender due to delivery failure or customs issues, and all customer information was correct, you may choose between:

  • One free replacement shipment, or

  • Store credit equal to the full product value.

If the return was caused by customer error (e.g., incomplete address, indication of a post or parcel shop, or a parcel station, refusal to accept delivery), reshipping costs must be covered by the customer. 

6.5 Missing or Damaged Items

If products are missing or damaged upon arrival, please provide:

  • A continuous video showing the unboxing process, and/or

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged contents.

After review, Europa-Peptide will issue either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • Store credit equal to the product value.

Claims submitted without proof (video/photos) cannot be approved.

7. Packaging Integrity & Customer Responsibility

To maintain product safety, please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
If you notice any damage or tampering, document the issue immediately before opening and contact our support team.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper receipt of their order. Packages that are left unclaimed, refused, or misdelivered due to customer error are not eligible for compensation.
